Duties: Assist customers in locating items; communicate the mission of Ten Thousand Villages to customers; tell stories behind the crafts, i.e. who makes them and how they are made; ring up sales and package merchandise for customers.

Reports to: Store staff

Requirements: Good people skills; commitment to learning about Ten Thousand Villages products; minimum age of 15; able to spend minimum of 12 hours per month in store and commit to one year of volunteer service.

Duties: Unpack and check in merchandise; separate recyclable materials; maintain stock room.

Requirements: Good organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to lift up to 40lbs. There is no minimum commitment, so this is primarily a seasonal position.
