Volunteer Opportunities:
Have you ever thought about volunteering at Ten Thousand Villages? We are always looking for new volunteers. Volunteers help in a variety of roles such as providing excellent customer service in the store, helping to unpack shipments, staffing tables at off-site events, keeping the store tidy, and other tasks as they come up. Most volunteers come in for one 3-hour shift per week. Read more at our website.
The next orientation for new volunteers will be on Tuesday, March 16. Email Ziggy Johnson for more information about orientation or if you have questions about volunteering.

Plan a Presentation for Your Organization or Student Group
We make presentations about fair trade and Ten Thousand Villages to community groups throughout the Raleigh area, including churches, civic organizations and women's groups. The presentations are customized to fit your time constraints and focus and take place in our store or at your location. Contact Elizabeth Altman.
Students, boy & girl scout troops, youth groups, etc., learn about fair trade, other cultures and even a little geography during age specific presentations ranging from first grade through high school.
